# Managing Your Organization

> Manage Krea workspaces, billing accounts, members, usage, domains, and SSO from your organization's management area.

Organization **Owners** and **Admins** manage company-wide settings from [Manage ↗](https://www.krea.ai/manage). If you're new to the organization model, start with [Organizations](/docs/user-guide/help-and-support/organizations).

## Open the Organization Dashboard

Open [Manage ↗](https://www.krea.ai/manage) while signed in to your organization. The sidebar separates organization pages from the active workspace's settings and your personal account settings.

Ordinary organization members can view their own **Usage**. The organization administration pages require an Owner or Admin role.

## Dashboard Overview

| Page | What it contains |
| - | - |
| **Overview** | Credit pool, top workspaces by month-to-date usage, and members and budgets nearing their limits. |
| **Billing** | Billing accounts, credit balances, credit grants, and invoiced usage. |
| **Workspaces** | Workspace membership, billing-account assignments, budgets, and onboarding access. |
| **Members** | Organization membership and member usage limits. |
| **Model Access** | Which models the organization, each workspace, and each member can use. See [Model Access](/docs/user-guide/help-and-support/model-access-controls). |
| **Domains & Access** | Verified domains, capture settings, SAML configurations, and onboarding messaging. |
| **Usage** | Usage reporting; organization administrators can inspect organization-wide activity. |

## Workspaces

Open **Workspaces** to search and filter the organization's workspaces, review usage, and manage their billing accounts and members.

### Create a Workspace

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open the create dialog">
    Click **Create workspace** on the Workspaces page.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose the name, owner, and billing account">
    Enter a name, select an owner from the organization's members, and select a
    billing account. The workspace will use that account's usage balances and
    subscription.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Create and configure access">
    Click **Create workspace**, then review **Workspace Access** to choose how
    other members can join. If you choose another owner, you can select **Leave
    workspace after creation** to avoid being added yourself.
  </Step>
</Steps>

### Capture Existing Workspaces

If teammates already use Krea in workspaces of their own, capture those workspaces into the organization instead of recreating them. When a workspace is owned by someone whose confirmed email address matches one of your [verified domains](/docs/user-guide/help-and-support/domain-verification) but isn't part of the organization yet, the Workspaces page shows a banner with the number of uncaptured workspaces in your domains.

<Steps>
  <Step title="Review uncaptured workspaces">
    Click **Review** on the banner to open the **Capture Workspaces** sheet.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Select workspaces">
    Search the list and select the workspaces to bring in. Capturing moves the
    workspace and its members into the organization.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Capture">
    Click **Capture workspaces**. The workspace's selected billing account
    becomes organization-owned and stays selected, with its plan, subscriptions,
    and credit balances unchanged. If the workspace is later unlinked from the
    organization, that billing account stays with the organization.
  </Step>
</Steps>

### Control Workspace Access

Use **Workspace Access** on the Workspaces page. Access can be set for **All members** or for a named SAML connection.

| Setting | Behavior |
| - | - |
| **Private** | Organization membership alone does not let people discover and join the workspace. Add members directly when needed. |
| **Joinable** | Eligible members can discover and join the workspace themselves. |
| **Auto-join** | Members signing in through the selected SAML connection are added automatically. Available for connection-specific access. |
| **Inherit** | A SAML connection uses the organization-wide access setting. |

Organization-wide access still applies alongside connection-specific access. Making a workspace private does not remove existing members.

### Manage Workspace Members

Open the **⋯** menu on a workspace and choose **Members**. You can review members, change workspace roles, remove members, and invite people by email. These roles apply to that workspace; they are separate from organization roles.

### Assign a Billing Account

Use the workspace's **Billing Account** dropdown and confirm the assignment. You can select an account owned by the same organization.

The previous account keeps its plan, subscription, and remaining credits. Reassigning a workspace does not transfer those balances to the destination account. Workspaces assigned to the same account share its billing balances.

### Organize with Tags

Create tags and assign them to workspaces to make large organizations easier to navigate. Select one or more workspaces to add or remove tags in bulk, and type a new name in the **Add tags** picker to create a tag. You can filter and group the workspace list by tag, and use the same tags to filter organization-wide reporting on the **Usage** page.

### Set Usage Limits

Use the workspace's usage controls to review spending and configure a monthly compute limit when your plan supports it. Enforced workspace limits block jobs when reached and reset on the first of the calendar month. Review member limits separately from the **Members** page.

## Billing

Open **Billing** for an organization-wide view, or select a billing account to inspect it individually. The organization can own multiple accounts, each with its own plan and balances.

**Invoiced Usage** shows accruing, outstanding, and historical postpaid charges. See [Postpaid Invoicing](/docs/user-guide/help-and-support/postpaid-invoicing) for invoice delivery, payment terms, and how to view and pay an invoice.

## Members

The **Members** page lists organization members and their organization roles. Search and filter this directory to find a person and review their usage limits.

Organization membership and workspace access are separate. Add teammates through a workspace's **Members** panel, or configure domain capture and SSO onboarding for your organization.

### Set Member Usage Limits

When your plan includes member usage limits, you can cap how much compute each person spends per calendar month. Limits work in two layers:

* **Workspace default limit** — applies to every member of a workspace. Members who have their own limit keep it.
* **Member limit** — an override for one person that beats the workspace default.

Setting a limit to **0** blocks all usage. Limits reset on the 1st of each calendar month. The **Overview** page surfaces members approaching their limits so you can adjust them before work is blocked.

## Usage

Open **Usage** to inspect activity. What you see depends on your organization role.

**Owners and Admins** get organization-wide reporting. Pick a date range, group results by **Workspace**, **User**, **Model**, or **Product**, and narrow them by client type or by [workspace tags](#organize-with-tags). An area chart shows the trend over the period, and a breakdown table lists the per-group totals.

**Members** see **My Usage**: their own month-to-date and all-time compute usage, a daily chart, and any per-workspace limits that apply to them.

## Domains

Open **Domains & Access** to manage domains and SAML configurations. Domain and SSO editing also require the relevant plan capabilities. If settings are read-only or show **Managed by Krea**, contact Krea for help.

* [Domain Verification & Capture](/docs/user-guide/help-and-support/domain-verification) explains DNS verification and enrollment. Newly verified organization domains start with capture **Off**.
* [SAML SSO Setup](/docs/user-guide/help-and-support/saml-sso-setup) explains named configurations, sign-in URLs, optional domain linking, and enforcement.

## Troubleshooting

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="A member can't access a workspace">
    Check workspace membership and **Workspace Access**. Organization membership
    alone does not grant access to every workspace. For SSO users, check both
    the organization-wide setting and their SAML connection's setting.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="I can't open the organization administration pages">
    Confirm you belong to the intended organization and have an organization
    **Owner** or **Admin** role. A workspace Owner role alone does not grant
    organization administration access.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="A new teammate didn't join automatically">
    Domain capture must be explicitly enabled on a verified domain. For
    automatic workspace access after SSO, configure **Auto-join** for the
    relevant connection in **Workspace Access**.
